PURCHASE PROCESS

Click the “add to cart” button to put the item in your shopping cart, continue shopping if you want to buy more products. You can view and change your shopping cart anytime by clicking the cart icon on the top right hand part of your screen. To complete your purchase, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart and follow the instructions regarding billing, shipping, and credit card information. Click “Place Order” to finish the transaction. An email will be sent to you to confirm the purchase. All prices in US dollars.

ORDERING

Once you have placed your order and checked out you’ll receive an email confirmation verifying your order. Please check that all of the information in your confirmation is correct. If there are any errors, email us with your order number to info@jojohandbags.com.

You will have the option to enter a password and create an account with JoJo Handbags. Creating an account will expedite checkout on future orders and allow access to the customer account area where you can check the status of your orders, access shipping and tracking information and manage your addresses and preferred payment methods. The “Account” icon is located on the homepage footer.

PAYMENT METHODS

JoJo Handbags accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Cashier Check or Money Order (email us at: info@jojohandbags.com to place your order and receive ordering instructions, please note that a longer processing time to verify funds applies)

SALES TAX

All orders shipped within California will be subject to 6.5% Sales Tax and orders shipped within San Diego County are subject to 7.75% Sales Tax. Buyers purchasing goods in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Within Canada, all orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island will be subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.
