Terms and Conditions

JoJo Handbags (or we/us), provides this website (the “Site”), as a service to you, our customer, when you shop with us and/or buy our products (the “Products”). Your use of the Site and Products is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By using the Site and Products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and hereby acknowledge that you have read them carefully.
JoJo Handbags reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, update, add or remove portions of our Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please review them before using the Site and/or Products. By continuing to use the Site and/or Products and purchasing products from us, you agree to these periodic updates.
1.) Payments. We apply your payment method when you place your order via credit card on the Site or via Check/Money Order by manual order. JoJo Handbags accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cashier checks or Money Orders (email us at: info@jojohandbags.com to place your order and receive ordering instructions, please note that a longer processing time to verify funds applies)
2.) Sales Taxes
All orders shipped within California will be subject to 6.5% Sales Tax and orders shipped within San Diego County are subject to 7.75% Sales Tax. Buyers purchasing goods in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. Within Canada, all orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island will be subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.
3.) Returns, Exchanges and Refunds. We want you to love your JoJo handbag. If for any reason you don’t, returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt provided that they possess all original tags and are in brand new and completely unused condition. In order for a return to be valid it must receive an RMA number from JoJo Handbags. RMA requests can be made by emailing us at info@jojohandbags.com. Return shipping is at customer’s expense and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4.) Warranty
We are committed to producing the highest quality handbags. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect (e.g. broken hardware), we will repair/replace it within 90 days of delivery. Simply email us at info@jojohandbags.com with your original order details, a description of the defect as well as photos of the problem. We will send you instructions for your return shipping. If there are inconsistencies with the leather, please see the details on Care.
5.) PROMO CODES
Promo codes are valid only at the time of purchase for the discount or percentage specified. Codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed. Limit 1 per transaction.
6.) Delivery and Shipping.
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within San Deigo, CA. The shipping charges are calculated in your shopping cart. All products are shipped from San Diego, CA. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing after your order is placed. Ground shipping will take an estimated 3 to 10 business days to reach its destination. All orders are carefully packaged and will be fully insured through USPS. If you need to expedite your shipment, please contact us immediately. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note that USPS does ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. All orders will be shipped as residential unless otherwise noted per customer. USPS will leave the box for you at your door. If this is unacceptable, either ship to a business address or email us to alert USPS that the package must be signed for. Refer to your tracking number to see when your estimated date of arrival of your package.
7.) International Orders. You are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and these will be collected upon delivery from the carriers as applicable. JoJo Handbags only charges the shipping fee for packages. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
8.) Image Photography. Our bags are made from high quality cow hides and fabric. Due to the unique characteristics of genuine leather, color inconsistencies and small marks may present themselves (see Natural marks for more information). We portray each of the products on our site as accurately as possible but please be aware that there may be some natural variations in the leather. Please rest assured that each product is well made and is an aesthetic equivalent of what is shown on the website.
9.) Natural Marks. This beautifully crafted JoJo Handbag was made using quality genuine leather. Slight imperfections and color variation are due to the natural characteristics of the material.
10.) Limited Warranties and Limitation of Liability. JoJo Handbags warranties that, subject to the conditions listed the Warranty above, all products will be free from defects in workmanship and material for ninety (90) days following delivery date. THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOJO HANDBAGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION 4 ARE YOUR ONLY REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM. JOJO HANDBAG’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE, OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER ON WARRANTIES OR CLAIM OF NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND JOJO HANDBAGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
11.) Privacy/Security of personal information
We do not share or sell your personal information to anyone. Our checkout process is secure – we use Stripe for our Ecommerce tool. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers are able to obtain plaintext card numbers.
We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.
We embed Facebook Comments plugin to allow you to leave comment at our website using your Facebook account. This plugin may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the commenting interface, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment, replying to other comments), if you are logged into Facebook. We use a Twitter Tweet widget at our website. As a result, our website makes requests to Twitter’s servers for you to be able to tweet our webpages using your Twitter account. We use Pinterest Save widget at our website to allow you to pin images to Pinterest from our webpages. These requests may track your IP address in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy
If you sign up for email communications, your email address will be used to send you email marketing communications and to ensure that we can respond to your inquiries. You can unsubscribe at any time from the JoJo mailings by emailing unsubscribe@jojohandbags.com.
12.) Intellectual Property Rights. All content included on or made available through the Site and Products, including information, data, photographs, videos, text, graphics, and other material is protected by copyright, or other proprietary rights, and these rights are protected under U.S. and international laws. You agree to comply with applicable law in your use of the Site or PRODUCTS.
13.) Errors. JoJo Handbags makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Site. However, the documents and graphics published on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We do not warrant that the content on our Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. JoJo Handbags may refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing. We do not guarantee prices for JoJo Handbags products listed on other websites or price search engines. If a product offered on the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.

15.) Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and JoJo Handbags are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws).
16.) Severability. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions which is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be severable from these Terms and Conditions in that jurisdiction without in any way invalidating the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The unenforceability of any provision in a given jurisdiction will not make that provision unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.
